At PMB Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
